Whether you are shopping with us online or in person we want to make every customer experience safe and secure. In some cases, your consent is implied if we ask you to provide personal information with a stated purpose. For example, we can only deliver the product you have purchased if you provide us with your address and phone number etc.

Collection of your Personal Information:

     The personal information we collect may include your name, title, company or organization name, e-mail, phone. We may collect certain information about your visit, such as type of browser you use; the date and time you access the Site; the pages that you access while at the Site and the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our Site. This information is used to help improve the Site and administer the Site.

Use of your Personal Information:

     The personal information collected on this Site will be used to provide the services you have requested.
We may use your personal information to provide you with important information about the product or service that you are using, including critical updates and notifications. Additionally, we may send you information about other products and services.

Return Policy:

     We require the original invoice for all returns or exchanges. Any refund amount is based on the lesser of the current price of the item or the price for which it was purchased.

     The returning product must be complete, and in ‘as new’ condition with original packaging. Certain product categories by their nature are exempt from the 7-day return policy; these would include for example all software, cables, and consumables. Media Source Plus Ltd. and IBC Computer Distributors will not accept the return under the 7-day return policy of any Goods that have had a manufacturers or suppliers warranty or registration invoked. Media Source Plus Ltd. and IBC Computer Distributors will deem such registration by the Customer as acceptance of the Goods.

·         Within 7 days of purchase, items may be returned under the following conditions*: 

·         Defective products may be returned for exchange, refund or credit.

·         LCD Monitors or Notebooks with dead/lazy pixels are not considered defective. See manufacturer’s warranty for dead pixel policy replacement.

·         Unopened and unused products are eligible for exchange, refund or credit.

·         Opened or used products will be subject to a restocking charge of 20% minimum.

·         Cooling products are subject to a 25% restocking charge.

·         There are no returns or exchanges on all printers, cartridges/toners, blank media (CD/DVD/etc.), opened software, OEM software, headsets, CPU cooling, fans and all cables.

·         There are no return on all open box printers (only exchange for the same model if defective)

     Media Source Plus Ltd. and IBC Computer Distributors reserves the right to charge higher restocking fees for any special circumstances, such as damaged packaging, missing CD, etc.  

Physically damaged product(s) will not be accepted for any form of return.

Warranty:

    Warranty seals applied to any Goods supplied by Media Source Plus Ltd. and IBC Computer Distributors must not be removed or broken and any product without the warranty seals intact will be deemed to have had any warranty invalidated and the Goods will be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer.

The warranty period is from the date of purchase if goods are replaced within this warranty period, the warranty will continue from the original date of purchase unless specifically agreed otherwise by Media Source Plus Ltd. and IBC Computer Distributors in writing,

Physical damage is not covered under warranty.

·         1 Year Warranty on Parts and labour on new desktop system(s) with Media Source Plus Ltd. and IBC Computer Distributors

·         3 Year Warranty on Parts and labour on new Plus+ desktop system(s) with Media Source Plus Ltd. and IBC Computer Distributors

·         30 Days Warranty on Computer parts unless specified with Media Source Plus Ltd. and IBC Computer Distributors

·         30 Days Warranty on all refurbished, used and open box product(s) with Media Source Plus Ltd. and IBC Computer Distributors
